Spring Sessions (Two 1 hour sessions; 6 participants each):

Fall Sessions (One 1 hour session; 8 participants)​

Forms can also be obtained by contacting us or picked up at Spencer Hospital Rehab Services.

* ​Between 6 - 18 years of age at the time of riding sessions.

* Have a medical diagnosis of physical, mental, behavioral, or emotional impairment.

* Be able to attend all scheduled session dates.

* Have a parent or guardian apply by deadline.
​You will need to obtain a current physician's referral.
If the rider has Down's Syndrome, the referring physician will need to rule out Atlanto-Axial Dislocation Condition via a diagnostic x-ray.

Parent or Guardian must attend the riding sessions with the rider and be available should rider need to dismount. 

**If the rider is unable to attend a night, the parent or guardian MUST notify Stephanie Mesner as soon as possible.**
Students are accepted into our program through our application process.

Visitors are welcome to come watch; volunteers are always needed!

Each session requires 3 volunteers per participant with additional volunteers for administrative duties.
