Fall 2020 Riding Sessions:
CANCELLED Due to Covid-19. Our board has made the decision to hold off on sessions at this time for the health and safety of all involved. We miss you all! Stay safe.

Forms can also be obtained by contacting us or picked up at Spencer Hospital Rehab Services.
* Between 6 - 18 years of age at the time of riding sessions.
* Have a medical diagnosis of physical, mental, behavioral, or emotional impairment.
* Be able to attend all scheduled session dates.
* Have a parent or guardian apply by deadline.
You will need to obtain a current physician's referral.
If the rider has Down's Syndrome, the referring physician will need to rule out Atlanto-Axial Dislocation Condition via a diagnostic x-ray.
Parent or Guardian must attend the riding sessions with the rider and be available should rider need to dismount.
**If the rider is unable to attend a night, the parent or guardian MUST notify Stephanie Mesner as soon as possible.**
Students are accepted into our program through our application process.
Visitors are welcome to come watch; volunteers are always needed!
Each session requires 3 volunteers per participant with additional volunteers for administrative duties.

**Due to the number of applicants, a letter will be mailed to you a couple of weeks prior to the first session regarding whether or not your requested rider will be accepted into the program.**
